Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ibha's services, website, or mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Ibha provides professional elder care management services including but not limited to: care manager visits, health monitoring, hospital coordination, daily life management, and family communication tools. Services are provided based on the plan selected during enrollment.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Ibha account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Plans and Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first of each month. We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and international wire transfers. Plans may be changed or cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No lock-in contracts. Refunds for prepaid periods are provided pro-rata.

5. Service Standards

Ibha commits to the service standards described in your selected plan. We maintain the right to make adjustments to care team assignments with appropriate notice. We are not a medical provider, our services complement but do not replace professional medical care.

6. Your Obligations

  • Provide accurate information about the member's health and care needs
  • Ensure the member's home is safe and accessible for care manager visits
  • Notify Ibha promptly of any significant changes in the member's health or circumstances
  • Treat our care team members with respect and dignity

7. Limitation of Liability

Ibha's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. Ibha may terminate immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that endangers our care team.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
