For NRI Families

For Families Living Abroad

You chose a life thousands of miles away. That doesn't mean you've chosen to be absent from your parents' lives. Ibha makes sure the distance doesn't translate to neglect, for your parents or your peace of mind.

We Understand

The weight of distance caregiving

You wake up at 2 AM wondering if your mother took her medication. You spend half your video calls trying to assess whether your father is actually doing as well as he says. You carry a low-grade anxiety that doesn't switch off, because you can't be there, and you know it.

That guilt is real. But guilt isn't a care plan. Ibha is.

What our NRI families say
β€œI used to call my parents three times a day just to feel like I knew what was happening. Now I check the app in the morning, see the visit report, and I actually feel okay. That is worth everything.”

Five Real Problems. Five Real Solutions.

What keeps NRI families up at night

We built Ibha after talking to hundreds of NRI families. Here are the five concerns we hear most often, and exactly how we address them.

πŸ‘οΈ
The worry

You can't tell if they're actually okay

How Ibha solves it

The Ibha family app gives you daily health logs, care visit reports, and real-time vitals. You see exactly what your parent's day looked like, not a polished summary, but the real picture.

πŸš‘
The worry

Medical emergencies happen without warning

How Ibha solves it

Our AI health monitoring runs continuously, even between visits. When something looks wrong, the care manager is alerted immediately, and so are you. Average emergency response: under 30 minutes.

πŸ”’
The worry

You can't trust the information you're getting

How Ibha solves it

Ibha care managers are trained professionals who are accountable to you, not to your parent's preferences. They give you honest, documented updates, the good and the difficult.

πŸ’™
The worry

Your parents don't want to worry you

How Ibha solves it

Elderly parents routinely underreport health issues to avoid causing concern. Your care manager is trained to spot what isn't being said, and to communicate it to you before it becomes a crisis.

✈️
The worry

Every visit home is spent in crisis mode

How Ibha solves it

When you know your parents are genuinely well cared for between your visits, you can actually enjoy the time you spend together, instead of running errands and making appointments.
