From your first conversation with us to the moment your care manager walks through your parent's door, here's every step, in plain language.

Discovery Consultation

A 30-minute video call with your dedicated Ibha family advisor. You tell us about your parent, their health, their personality, their living situation, and what worries you most. We ask the right questions and listen carefully. No pressure, no pitch.

In-Home Geriatric Assessment

An Ibha care specialist visits your parent at their home in India. Over 60–90 minutes, they assess cognitive function, mobility, medication management, home safety risks, nutritional habits, social wellbeing, and existing medical conditions. The full assessment report is shared with you within 24 hours.

Personalised Care Plan

Using the assessment findings and your family's input, we build a detailed care plan. This covers visit schedule, health monitoring priorities, emergency contacts and protocols, medication management approach, doctor liaison requirements, and any specialist needs. You review and approve the plan before care begins.

Care Manager Matching

We shortlist care managers based on language, experience with your parent's specific health conditions, location, and cultural fit. You receive a profile summary of the recommended match. A three-way introduction video call, you, your parent, and the care manager, takes place before any care visit.

Go Live, Care Begins

Care starts on the agreed date. Your care manager submits their first visit report within hours of the initial visit. You receive your first daily update notification. The Ibha family app is activated for your account. You're now connected.

Paying from Abroad

Flexible payment options for every NRI family

We've made it easy to pay from anywhere in the world. All plans are priced in INR, with no hidden international surcharges from our side.

International Credit / Debit Cards

Pay with any Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card issued abroad. Charges appear in your local currency, converted at live exchange rates with no Ibha markup. No additional international transaction processing on our end.

Wire / SWIFT Transfer

Set up a monthly wire or SWIFT transfer from your bank directly to Ibha's account. We provide all necessary banking details. Many families find this the most reliable option for consistent monthly payments.

🇮🇳

NRE / NRO Account

If you hold an NRE or NRO account in India, you can set up an auto-debit directly from that account. This avoids currency conversion entirely and is the most cost-efficient option for most NRI families.

UPI / Indian Payments

If you or a family member in India can manage payments, UPI, net banking, and all standard Indian payment methods are fully supported. Some families have a sibling or trusted relative handle this locally.

Invoicing: Ibha provides GST-compliant invoices for all payments. Families with NRE accounts may also be eligible for tax benefits under Indian law, consult your CA for details.
