About This Role
The City Operations Coordinator manages day-to-day operations for Ibha care teams across one or more cities. You'll ensure care quality, handle escalations, onboard new care managers, and work closely with the central operations team.
What You'll Do
- →Oversee care manager performance and quality across assigned cities
- →Handle escalations from families and resolve issues within 4 hours
- →Onboard, train, and mentor new care managers
- →Conduct quarterly quality audits of care visits
- →Coordinate with hospital and healthcare partners
- →Generate weekly operations reports for city performance
- →Identify gaps in care coverage and drive hiring
- →Implement new service offerings in your city region
What We're Looking For
- ✓Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MSW preferred
- ✓3+ years in operations, social impact, or healthcare management
- ✓Strong leadership and team management skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English + at least one regional language
- ✓Data-driven mindset — comfortable with dashboards and reporting
- ✓Willingness to travel within assigned city region
Nice to Have
- +Experience managing distributed teams
- +Background in elder care, healthcare, or social services
- +Familiarity with care management software
