Care Manager — Bangalore

About This Role

As a Care Manager at Ibha, you will be the primary point of care for elderly clients in Bangalore. You'll conduct regular visits, coordinate health appointments, manage daily tasks, and ensure our members feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for.

What You'll Do

→Conduct regular in-person visits to elderly clients across assigned zones in Bangalore
→Coordinate healthcare appointments, hospital visits, and specialist referrals
→Manage daily life tasks including bill payments, grocery assistance, and errands
→Maintain accurate care notes and health updates in the Ibha platform
→Build trusting, empathetic relationships with members and their families
→Respond to emergencies and coordinate rapid response when needed
→Participate in monthly training and skill development sessions
→Liaise with NRI family members via app, phone, and video calls

What We're Looking For

✓Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or related field (Masters preferred)
✓2+ years experience working with elderly populations or in community care
✓Fluency in Kannada and English; Hindi is a plus
✓Strong interpersonal skills and genuine empathy for the elderly
✓Valid two-wheeler license for city travel
✓Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
✓Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends

Nice to Have

+Geriatric care certification
+Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care
+Prior experience in an NGO or social enterprise
