How Our Advisory Board Shapes Ibha
Our advisors are not figureheads. They actively contribute to the decisions that determine how Ibha operates and evolves.
Clinical Protocols
Our geriatric medicine advisors review and update the health monitoring frameworks used by every Ibha care manager, ensuring they reflect current clinical best practice.
Care Manager Training
Medical and social work advisors contribute to the design of Ibha's 120-hour certification programme and its ongoing curriculum updates.
Policy & Partnerships
Our policy advisors help Ibha engage constructively with government elder care programmes and identify opportunities for complementary public-private partnerships.
Governance & Impact
Business and impact advisors ensure Ibha's board practices, decision-making frameworks, and impact metrics reflect best-in-class standards.
Why We Built an Advisory Board
Arjun and Priya were clear from the start: they knew what they had experienced as children of ageing parents. They did not presume to know everything about geriatric medicine, public policy, or scaling a complex operations business.
The advisory board exists because intellectual humility is a prerequisite for building something genuinely good. Our advisors tell us when we're wrong, challenge our assumptions, and hold us to standards we might not have reached on our own.
